The forms are off the foundation! It's finally starting to look like a house is coming soon. The black stuff on the outside of the foundation in the picture is seal-coating to protect it from water. Speaking of water, the water and sewer lines have been run from the street to the property line, once the house is delivered and "set" they will take them the rest of the way. If you go around to the back of the property, you can see inside what will be our basement. Right now the floor is rock, but cement will be coming this week. Allen, the kids & I climbed inside and walked around, and tried to envision what will be where inside the house.
